(3)隔水炖服:将6~8片参片,放入碗中加水适量,放入锅中,用小火蒸炖1小时左右,稍冷即可服用。可以反复蒸炖数次,连同参片冲服。

(4)研末吞服:将人参研成粉末,装入空心胶囊,或放入馒头内,每次2~3克,温开水送下。

(5)细嚼含化:每次服人参片1~2片,放入口中慢慢嚼烂含化,每日5~6片即可。
